      My line managers have been wonderful, supportive, and have mentored me in those subjects I was unsure of. This had given me the freedom to grow organically into the position.

      Cons

      We are in a very busy, unique part of the industry, and therefore, the hours can be longer than at first imagined.

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      M-F day shift. Great employees. Wonderful clients to work for.

      Words cannot describe what a terrible corporate culture this is!upper mgmt is controlling, manipulative and just terrible at this job, and somehow backed up by upper management?? Due to mgmt lack of follow through, broken promises, late billing and unprofessionalism, they lost our account. The way they are handling it is nothing short of immature - holding reports from the client and not returning emails, etc. Please think twice before applying here (especially if you're client likes you and not them!) I'm 100 percent relieved and elated to be done with this laughable company. On a positive note: The trainers and support staff are amazing and responsive professionals.
