Elior is a great place to work. The atmosphere is always welcoming and supportive, and I feel like part of a team where everyone looks out for each other. My manager, Beth Axon, has been fantastic since I started — always approachable, encouraging, and ready to provide guidance whenever I’ve needed it. The wider team is also very supportive, which makes coming to work enjoyable.
What I really value about Elior is the focus on teamwork and personal growth. There are opportunities to learn new skills, take on responsibilities, and feel appreciated for the work you do.
