Pros

Pay schedule was nice, got paid every Thursday. Camaraderie was good when I got there Work was extremely flexible, and you were allowed to use your downtime however you wanted.

Cons

Pay was pretty low, and you could only ever get 9 hours a week at most, because they always overhired. Camaraderie declined overtime because of management making poor hiring decisions. Management was generally disconnected from employees and promotions were given out based on hours worked rather than any kind of skill or ability, management or job-related. (I am being unfairly harsh to the manager I worked under in my last 6 months there, she was nice, but she really was not cut out for the job and I did have other, more deserving coworkers).

Pros

M-F day shift. Great employees. Wonderful clients to work for.

Cons

Words cannot describe what a terrible corporate culture this is!upper mgmt is controlling, manipulative and just terrible at this job, and somehow backed up by upper management?? Due to mgmt lack of follow through, broken promises, late billing and unprofessionalism, they lost our account. The way they are handling it is nothing short of immature - holding reports from the client and not returning emails, etc. Please think twice before applying here (especially if you're client likes you and not them!) I'm 100 percent relieved and elated to be done with this laughable company. On a positive note: The trainers and support staff are amazing and responsive professionals.
