Pros

Awesome coworkers and kiddos. They make the job worthwhile

Cons

Absolutely awful management. The managers near the top seem to enjoy condescending to people and getting them in trouble for things that are not their fault. Managers do not set clear guidelines and expectations for their workers, setting them up to fail.

Competitive pay for Registered Behavior Technician

Cons

Seems like they are always short staffed and the initial training doesn’t teach much. Supervisors try to train but that is after you are already with a client.
