JDB is a walking encyclopedia for the products that we have and the industry. You will not find anyone on this planet with more knowledge. Gabbi, Tara, retention and account management is the "Oil" that keeps this machine running as smooth as it does.
Cons
With growth comes growing pains. Empower has products that A LOT of patients and providers want and need. We sometimes have trouble with keeping up with the huge demand. Phone wait times are an issue that has gotten better but still room for improvement.
