You have to use your PTO if you want to get paid for a holiday. You cannot take time off unpaid. You must use PTO for any time off. You are expected to travel to different sites to help out. Incentives or bonuses are given to physicians who see the most patients, none given to employees. Ok place to start off if you have no previous experience because they are desperate and will hire anyone. Physicians leave and so do regular employees. If an organization cares so much about their doctors, then why such a high turnover rate with physicians? Some great physicians left because of the BS contracts they were given.
