Not much. Some great people among the herd. Strong sense of teamwork.
Cons
Ideologically-based leadership is incredibly ignorant of significant gaps in the most foundational needs/areas. Additionally senior leadership members are steadfast hypocrites in their actions vs both their attitude and curtness to their clinical staff and their propsed vision of "every patient is the most important patient" campaign they launched. Their pathetic attempt to run a woke facilty instead of an outstanding one has caused the loss of many good people and valuable clinicians because the nuts are running the nuthouse and real patients are suffering as a result.
