Pros

I personally had good managers and good work life balance but I know not everyone did

Cons

Lots of turnover and not backfilling roles leaving others to pick up the slack. Pay was low. No accountability to stated company values, customers were not treated well.

Smooth and organized onboarding process Equipment and login credentials provided ahead of start date IT setup was simple and stress free Welcoming, friendly, and helpful team from day one. Great Communication throughout the process
