Pros

I had a management job.

Cons

Nepotism ELT/SLT leads and functions completely unchecked. Customers are not valued. Favoritism is rampant. Gatekeeping basic, needed information consistently so no one, on any team, can fully perform their job to the highest degree.

Pros

Uh, nothing comes to mind.

Cons

SLT that changes so often you’ll wonder when they started musical chairs and why they won’t stop. Salaries so far below market it is almost unbelievable. Seeing your entire team vanish around you due to changes so infuriating no one can stomach them, (or simply being micromanaged to death) completely out-of-the-blue firing sprees, and surprise team “restructuring” (read: layoffs, the ones they told you not to worry about). And how can I forget the “Town Halls” where the ever-changing cast of people with PowerPoint highlights how well Sales did — better than ever!!! — because they’re the only team that matters! And money is the only meaningful metric! But sales going up, up, up will not impact wages in the slightest. The entire Ensora Health employment experience, start to finish, is so unbelievable and so agonizing that if you don’t laugh, you’ll cry. (But you will cry, too.)

Thank you for sharing your perspective and for time and effort at Ensora Health. We recognize the commitment that length of service represents and appreciate you taking the time to offer feedback. We understand that periods of change can feel disruptive, especially in a fast-growing organization. As we evolve, leadership transitions, team structures, and priorities are intended to position the company for long-term strength and to better support the therapists and practices we serve. While these decisions are not made lightly and are not easy, they are made with sustainability, impact, and accountability in mind. Thank you again for your years at Ensora Health and for sharing your experience. We wish you the best in your next chapter.
