Pros

Therapy Brands makes a difference and is a bright spot in an otherwise horrible COVID-19 reality. We focus on Therapy, mostly mental and behavioral but some on the physical therapy part too. Our providers and their patients need help now more than ever with all of the stress and anxiety in the world right now. So for me, working a little more in the short term to help others is a good thing and I don't get mad about it and ramble on. How many of the essential workers have put in countless hours. I think about giving back and in my small way determine how I can help. From an employee perspective, while many companies are slashing wages, benefits, and jobs, the company continues to hire in various places and expanded benefits this year. There are a ton of job opportunities for those who want to invest in themselves and the company but this pace isn't for the weary but neither is the task at hand. Our new CEO is focused on learning more about our customers and was the first leader to introduce herself to the entire customer base. She also introduced our first set of company value publicly and recites them every time to the team. However, our calls could use a little more energy given the work we do but to each their own. Sometimes I think she gets the disadvantage of leading the change from an appearance perspective but when you listen to what she says, she is trying to change the culture to help the customers. Overall, the company is making an impact, the teams are engaged in the mission, and we are going through the change from small company with small reach to a medium company with broader reach.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly and some cannot keep up or don't like the changes. Like many companies the business has had to evolve some due to the virus and some from the shut down that has ensued but considering the SLT has handled it well. Therapy Brands is not a small startup anymore and growth requires change. I see the changes as positives but some don't. Unfortunately, not everyone wants to grow at a rapid pace and dreams of days gone by. It's just not that time right now, too many hurting and need to care for us not to do our part. Id rather have a job and work hard than work hard at finding a job.

Smooth and organized onboarding process Equipment and login credentials provided ahead of start date IT setup was simple and stress free Welcoming, friendly, and helpful team from day one. Great Communication throughout the process

Too soon to tell, Just getting started.
