Thank you for your feedback as Therapy Brands is always striving to improve. New roles are posted both internally and externally and during 2020, we are pleased to have promoted over 10% of our employees from within the company. We are focused on training and development in 2021 so that we may mature our processes around career pathing and development for our employees. Therapy Brands implemented a harmonized continuous performance improvement process in 2020. Our TBH Cares Program has been another vehicle whereby we foster peer to peer and leader to peer employee recognition, highlighting outstanding performance of employees each quarter. We will continue to develop internal programs for enhanced recognition and reward of our dedicated workforce.
