5yFeedback is extremely valuable to us as we continue to better the employee experience for all, so we thank you for sharing. Talent management, training and product development are at the forefront of our focus. We are actively listening and gathering feedback through multiple forums. In 2020, Therapy Brands launched our employee engagement survey, which will be run multiple times again this year. We are also listening to departing employees through detailed exit conversations. This feedback enables us to become better as an organization. We encourage all team members to actively engage with their leadership and Senior Leaders at any one of the open forums provided to all.
