Pros
Unlimited Paid Time Off is the only thing
Cons
Support is constantly neglected. It is constantly bragged about all the perks that the sales department gets and when sales numbers are down they ask support to help sales to find new clients while the sales reps gain the extra perks for the new sales. Upper management frequently asks support teams to come in on holidays to work. New Hires are paid more than the experienced staff on the same team. Health insurance has gone up each year so much that after your yearly raise your take-home pay is actually less than the year before. Most of my team currently can't afford normal living expenses due to inflation and messaging has already started coming down to not expect raises to address the increased cost of living. The culture is very much " we are a family so work extra hard but do not expect more pay because we are a family and that's not what families do" Their main metric to gauge employee happiness is "would you refer a friend to apply for a job here?" I would not, especially when that means their base salary would be higher than mine on day 1 even though I have been here for 3 years.
