      Pros

      Mostly remote teams, so accommodation and flexibility are a universal language. Staff are empowered to make their job their own; still carrying that 'start up vibe.' PE sponsors are not afraid to spend money on a good idea. Excellent benefits. The people. The people. THE PEOPLE!

      Cons

      With everyone remote, it can be difficult to get everyone together. There are a lot of meetings (like everywhere).

      Smooth and organized onboarding process Equipment and login credentials provided ahead of start date IT setup was simple and stress free Welcoming, friendly, and helpful team from day one. Great Communication throughout the process
