Pros

The only reason to work here that I can come up with is to get paid while you are looking for another job.

Cons

It is by far the most toxic work environment I have ever encountered in more than 20 years of working. Senior leadership puts an inordinate amount of pressure on employees to perform, when Therapy Brands has the most inept onboarding processes in place. There is ZERO product training, and I was actually told, "you don't have to know the product to sell it, That's what the demo guy is for." Unlimited PTO isn't really that- they won't let you take it when you want, and it's only a policy so they won't have to pay you vacation time when you leave. It also helps the company win the superficial "awards" for best employer. It's all a farce and HR is paid to rebut the negative reviews with it's canned responses. Customers constantly complain about support issues, yet nothing is being done behind the scenes to resolve those issues.

There is also a comprehensive onboarding program for all sales team members that includes product training, sales tool training, and general selling skills training. Additionally, the solutions consultants and the many tenured Account Executives can be paired with you to help you better understand our products and help you be successful in your role. Please take advantage of the many development programs offered by speaking with your Sales Director. Regarding our culture, it is the hallmark of our organization. We are proud of the recognition and awards received from our continuous focus on our team members. Besides unlimited PTO, the company offers 11 paid holidays, paid volunteer days, a comprehensive benefits package, and numerous recognition promotions. Besides investing in our team members, we have significantly invested in our products and service capabilities to continue to add value to our more than 30,000 customers. We are a growth company, and the most successful team members have the desire to grow with us, advancing their personal and professional goals. Smooth and organized onboarding process Equipment and login credentials provided ahead of start date IT setup was simple and stress free Welcoming, friendly, and helpful team from day one. Great Communication throughout the process
