Pros
I cannot think of any. They had unlimited PTO but that ended in 2023.
Cons
They lose staff but don't backfill the positions so they don't have nearly enough staff to get through the daily work. They've outsourced a lot of work thinking that would alleviate the workload but it's done the opposite in making more work for the FTE's in the states. They have unrealistic expectations and provide no support. Turnover in leadership is insane, and they're constantly making quick changes with no rationale behind it leaving the staff feeling like they are constantly being jacked around and set up to fail. They are trying to grow the business way too fast and are going to give themselves a bad reputation if they continue on this path. It went from being a "family" atmosphere with a ton of flexibility to now trying to be corporate. The reason many people chose to stay is no longer a reason.
