I honestly can't think of anything positive to say.

Cons

This place does not care for their employees or their customers. Customers complain constantly and when you mention that to management they basically tell you to be quiet and keep doing what you were told. Every positive thing you read here is lip service. Even the responses to these negative reviews. I feel really sorry for you Therapy Brands Glassdoor review responder person, this must be soul crushing work when you know these awful reviews are 100% true. It's ok, you can cry it out. There is literally no benefit to working smarter/harder/etc so guess what, nobody does and everyone is miserable. I have no idea how this company still exists. If you reading this and you work here get out ASAP, if you are considering I suggest you move along if you value your time and sanity.
