Pros

Unlimited PTO for full time employees.

Cons

The idea of the company is great, but the execution is dangerous. Management's top priority is money and revenue which is expected, but can be VERY dangerous in medicine/healthcare. In a software industry, they had no developers for MONTHS (with lots of broken things), but asked us to tell end users that "we were working on it". I don't lie for any company and won't lie for them. Broken workflows and patient safety issues are set to the side if there is a revenue project as revenue is KING. Their answer is to throw money and words at a problem instead of rolling up their sleeves and working. It's a VERY top heavy management situation. I resigned as I could no longer be part of this terrible machine.
