Pros

Most co-workers are fantastic Decent pto- see cons

Cons

*Took away unlimited pto *Health insurance- I’ve worked at non medical companies with more options and more cost effective *Upper management turnover is often *Slow to make needed changes. The change healthcare incident is a great example. Other clearinghouse acted within a week. TB took a month *Layoffs in recent months but we’re not told about it. The ppl that get laid off have to tell us ***Pay is below industry standard * we keep getting told about equity in the company but 1. It can be taken away at any time 2. No one seems to know how it works exactly

Smooth and organized onboarding process Equipment and login credentials provided ahead of start date IT setup was simple and stress free Welcoming, friendly, and helpful team from day one. Great Communication throughout the process
