It's encouraging to hear that you find some of your colleagues to be nice, but we are deeply concerned about the negative aspects of your experience. We are committed to making decisions that benefit both our team members and our customers. Such as advancement and new learning opportunities and a new floating holiday policy to offer more impactful choices for our team members. We take all feedback seriously and ensure that our leadership team continues working towards more transparent and inclusive decision-making processes. We agree that input from our frontline team is crucial. We have implemented an internal anonymous Suggestion Box where team members may provide feedback or suggestions. The responses are monitored regularly and shared with the senior and executive leadership teams. Additionally, we will be conducting our annual companywide engagement survey in July to learn about specific areas that need improvement within the organization, such as workload distribution. We highly encourage all team members to participate in the engagement survey and provide feedback in general. Thank you again for your honesty and for being a valued member of our team. We are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for everyone.
