- My direct leader was amazing - Team was amazing - Great benefits and pay

*I do not care for feedback from the company. The feedback I am sharing here is what you've been receiving for over a year and nothing has changed. Please save us both time. - The newer leadership team is untrustworthy and are more committed to NOT answering questions truthfully and moving in circles. The town halls were a joke and nothing more than sharing how "we aren't in the best financial place, but do not worry, your jobs are safe" - inly for 20+ people to be laid off within two weeks. - We cannot get any clear answer on our personal equity within the company. We were using one company but then apparently that company wasn't working well, but we do not have any clear answers on the go forward. The last 2 town halls it has been "more to come". - Those laid off, some of their roles have already been reposted. It made no sense to let them go when you could've had a conversation around pay decreasing rather than losing their livelihood. It is a disgusting slap in the face. - For a mental health company, they do not care about the wellbeing of their employees. My leader did and for that I am grateful.

Regarding the layoffs, we want to clarify that we have not reposted any roles that were part of the layoff event. There was one role that appeared to be reposted, which was an oversight and not an indication of us refilling roles that were affected by the layoffs. These decisions are always made with careful consideration, and we remain focused on ensuring the long-term stability of the company while exploring all possible options to support our team members. We want to emphasize that every decision we make for the company and our team members is carefully reviewed through the lens of our core values: customer centricity, accountability, respect, and excellence. These values guide us in navigating difficult choices and ensuring we stay aligned with our mission. We will continue to make business decisions with these principles in mind, as we believe they are essential to both the company’s success and the well-being of our team members. We also encourage all team members to uphold and embody these values in their daily work as we strive for continuous improvement.
