      Good pay for the area; you'll be able to live comfortably on a QM's salary, at least as a single person. Good benefits Decent hours Great food

      Cons

      Your experience depends a lot on your team lead The work can be exceptionally boring at times Monthly company-wide meetings are a little bit of a time sink and provide limited value Not much room for upwards mobility Very high turnover Culture is a little weird, almost cult-like
