Pros

Good pay, and Madison isn't that bad. Employees get good work experience, and will be very successful after their non-compete is up. Casual dress is a plus.

Cons

Often, employees are treated as disposable. Even after an employee has given several years, they're treated as replaceable. In addition to the danger that you'll be one of the people that's disposed with, this results in fewer experienced employees.

Pros

Impact: You are part of creating systemic level change for healthcare organizations. You get to be on site and work directly with providers and see how these changes impact their communities. People: Extremely smart and capable. I feel like I can rely on my team in a way I haven't at previous employers. New hires are entry level, so there's a strong community for people in a similar stage of life. Culture: Quirky but in a real, unique way. People are collaborative and celebrate shared accomplishments. The campus enshrines a very specific (and fun!) vibe. Location: Madison is awesome. Benefits: The health insurance is unparalleled. Sabbatical is a super cool perk too. Growth: A lot of autonomy and responsibility allows people to rise to the challenge. Stability: Solid industry, no lay-offs.

Cons

Remote work flexibility: 5 days a year
