Mostly bored with nothing to do but expected to log 45 plus hours anyway - Anonymous employee Epic Employee Review

People are not friendly or open and tattling like children was extremely common. Expected to work long hours regardless of how much work they have actually given you to complete. Repeatedly asked for more work but was not given any, then had to explain why I'm not logging more hours. First 6-9 months is nothing but training - extremely boring.
