Pros
Co-workers are great. Job is challenging and rewarding. TS really get the option to do a lot of Management or a lot of coding depending on their skill set and what they prefer.
Cons
You need to learn to say no or you will take on too much. There's a huge learning curve, takes most people over a year to feel really comfortable at the job. You may get stuck with unfortunate customer that make the job less fun.
