People: Extremely smart and capable. I feel like I can rely on my team in a way I haven't at previous employers. New hires are entry level, so there's a strong community for people in a similar stage of life. Culture: Quirky but in a real, unique way. People are collaborative and celebrate shared accomplishments. The campus enshrines a very specific (and fun!) vibe. Location: Madison is awesome. Benefits: The health insurance is unparalleled.
