      It's possible to have high impact, depending on team you can have some freedom on what you work on, salary is good.

      Cons

      Vacation benefits are a bit lacking. Over the years, negative feedback went from being taken seriously to flat-out ignored. Employee concerns are treated as the lowest priority.
