Pros
Good salary given experience and job. Nice location to live. New campus is very impressive. Coworkers friendly and helpful (usually).
Cons
Way too much work dumped on you to get done in a 40-hour week (or maybe even 50 hours). Must choose between working a lot or getting mediocre reviews. Team leads are often way too inexperienced and too busy to be effective managers.
