I have never felt so drained by a company. I can honestly say this is the worst work environment I have ever endured. In the Beaverton office, they are way over capacity. Their answer to this problem is to squeeze more people in and try to decorate. There are not enough bathrooms for the number of people or enough people to clean the pee off the toilet seats. The air quality is bad. They hate when people ask to work from home. The benefits are terrifying. The PTO is shameful. But hey, if you were lucky enough to get grandfathered into the old benefits system, then lucky you. If you're a newer PM and came from the outside, then you get 3 weeks which includes your sick time. Oh and work life balance is non existent. If you do work 40-45 hours per week, they will try to give you more work and make you feel bad for it. Favoritism toward male PMs is definitely shocking. You can have a female PM with way more experience and the same credentials, but they will offer her less and inevitably pay her less. Multiple male PMs are making 10k to 20k more . The women are getting the short end of the stick. Stop underpaying women. Also, discussing salary is not illegal and you should not advise your managers that it's against your policy to discuss salary. I could talk for days about how horrible this place is. The good people are leaving fast. Most of the PMs I talk to are also desperately trying to get out.
