Pros

Travel and field work made this position interesting. Networking at these locations a plus. Pay was decent straight out of college with no previous experience besides a bachelor degree. Company car was a plus - No miles to put on your personal vehicle. Great training program on the east coast. Easy work and great benefits. Good starting point out of college.

Cons

Repetitive work, no career advancement, travel sometimes long or cross country, locations widely varied on work available.
