      flexible scheduling, you see a lot and learn a lot

      Cons

      understaffed, underpaid, & overworked. plus it’s inner city so you get the worst of the worst patients to deal with if you work the floor.

      Pros

      learning new things in the orthopedics field. Very new to me and interesting say the least learning about the imaging and looking at the x-rays

      How different field for me. i enjoy learning new things and helping patient feel some what better and meeting the goals. I enjoy learning new things in the medical field.
