      Pros

      Great management, great teamwork, you accrue a lot of PTO if you stay 5 years and increases every 5 years.

      Cons

      Hourly pay rate is garbage and is no longer competitive bc Erlanger is too cheap to do a market adjustment. Benefits (PTO accrual, 401k contribution, etc) were taken away for several months in the height of the first round of Covid and employees were not given the PTO hrs or 401k contribution that was essentially stolen from us back.

      Pros

      learning new things in the orthopedics field. Very new to me and interesting say the least learning about the imaging and looking at the x-rays

      Cons

      How different field for me. i enjoy learning new things and helping patient feel some what better and meeting the goals. I enjoy learning new things in the medical field.
