      I truly enjoyed helping patients.

      Cons

      -Poorly Managed -This health system isn't even highly ranked nationally -TERRIBLE patient outcomes -HIGH turnover -Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training is non-existent -Salary is a joke; lowest paying health system in Chattanooga -No screening of patients coming through the door with COVID -Holiday taken from your PTO (What in the world?) (Seriously...why would you want to work at such a dysfunctional place? If you have another job prospect, TAKE IT)

      Pros

      learning new things in the orthopedics field. Very new to me and interesting say the least learning about the imaging and looking at the x-rays

      How different field for me. i enjoy learning new things and helping patient feel some what better and meeting the goals. I enjoy learning new things in the medical field.
