Pros
Great benefits - PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k. For the most part I could choose my own schedule. Incentives were really good for pick up shifts. 4 day contacts offered +$10 hr, and I believe on days they're short now they're offering +$30 hr. I felt such a sense of team and community on my unit. The only reason I left was to be closer to real family.
Cons
Worked short many times, with 6 patients and no tech, which they were in the process of resolving when I left. Many units were short, so we would have to float to other units. Which can be a pro or a con depending on your perspective. I learned a lot about different areas, which I hope will carry on to my next job.
