      Pros

      I have really enjoyed my time rotating throughout Trauma Step-Down, Cardiac Step-Down, ESTAR, and East's ICU. I have learned a plethora of skills, more than I did in nursing school clinicals.

      Cons

      Some units did not feel as welcoming as others, but overall I still felt part of the patient care team.
