Pros

People’s competency levels are outstanding top to bottom, there a lot of opportunity for education and teamwork with multiple specialties, opportunity for growth career-wise

Cons

It can kind of be cliquey and mean-girl culture on some units. It’s healthcare so it kind of comes with the territory, and it’s not everyone, but it’s definitely palpable. difficulty getting into the staff (most people stay here once they’re hired from other hospital systems.
