      Terrible management . Horrible associate directors . All patients are dissatisfied with customer service because the management is where it starts , the employees are unhappy and therefore provide subpar services . I am thankful I had the opportunity to leave asap

      Work with the under insured and under served is very rewarding

      Cons

      Management. They play favorites and if u are not on that list you will be targeted and bullied. HR will never side or help the employee, they will side with management and cover up any indiscretions.

      Healthy food, wellness options for employees, farmers market

      Cons

      Unprofessional, disrespectful environment. Leadership training isn't applied and employees are heavily micro managed. If you have an opinion, or provide ANY feedback that they do not agree with you will become a target and there will be retaliation. They lie to you to make you believe they are a family, but they are the furthest from that type of environment. The click which is leadership and a few pets may be family, but they treat everyone else horribly. I shared that the productivity measures were too high and was told that I had a time management issue... their favorite employee tells them the same thing and automatically a reduction is sent to the team to review.
