Overly focused on facility and new EHR, but not the staff. Intimidation from senior leadership, especially in IT Layoffs/Reorganization due to poor strategic direction Losing focus on Mission

Great fellow employees, benefits were good and made some good friends

Cons

Long hours, only one 45 minute lunch break for a 10 hour work day, and after working a full shift alone with no negative words or actions, they terminate you at the end of said shift.
