Unprofessional, disrespectful environment. Leadership training isn't applied and employees are heavily micro managed. If you have an opinion, or provide ANY feedback that they do not agree with you will become a target and there will be retaliation. They lie to you to make you believe they are a family, but they are the furthest from that type of environment. The click which is leadership and a few pets may be family, but they treat everyone else horribly. I shared that the productivity measures were too high and was told that I had a time management issue... their favorite employee tells them the same thing and automatically a reduction is sent to the team to review.
