Pros

Decent Benefits. Discount for employees dining at the hospital or 38th street location. There were a small handful of upper management that treated their people with respect, and their people would follow them to the ends of the earth.

Cons

The Executive level closes their eyes to the problems they have with their direct reports. Some of their direct reports have time management, focus or anger problems, but they are never addressed. It's just one crisis after another in the headquarters (FOB) as well as in the clinics. No one of any value will stay for any length of time because none of the management in the company seems to know how to make positive change. Then they brought in a woman who motivates with sticks instead of carrots in the clinics and it was like a big ol' conga line as the staff quit their jobs. Then a high ranking executive left, and I realized it was time to go. He was the last person that listened to the peons and actually valued their "boots on the ground" opinion. This place embodies the "peter principle". The executives have surrounded themselves with "yes men" and run the "independent thinkers" out of the company.

Pros

Meaningful work, flexible management, and a four day work week at specific locations.

Cons

Extremely draining, no included sick days or holidays forcing you to use PTO, unresponsive to feedback, low morale among staff, generally a sad culture.
