Very poor workplace culture with little to no support for employees. HR is unprofessional and dismissive of employee concerns. Management is ineffective, unaccountable, and focused only on protecting themselves. No genuine career development or growth opportunities. Extremely stressful environment that has a negative impact on mental health. Lack of recognition and respect for staff contributions.
