Unfair Probation Handling, Poor 401k match, and Poor Salary - Marketing Essity Employee Review

- Put me on a probation period that lasted 11 month. 10 of 11 months I received glowing reviews. The final month I was terminated without a real reason. Unfortunately in the state of PA they can do that. - It looks like your 401k is being matched (money is in account), but you don't vest until you are with the company for 3 years. NO partial. All or nothing. I was let go 2 mos before I vested. - Salary is low compared to industry average. - There is a yearly bonus built into the calendar year. I was let go 1 1/2 months before I was eligible so I receive no part of the bonus. - Very shady timing of my release. The company saved over $30k through not having to pay my match or the yearly bonus.
