      Pros

      The office was nice, hybrid work was a plus, the people are quite nice, office perks like snacks, lunches and regular gatherings, did their best to support the team during COVID.

      Cons

      Lots of stress, heavy deadlines, very manual work, the systems were outdated and should have supported more automation, communication wasn't always great.
