      Pros

      I really like the culture. It's a warm company with good core values. There is a lots of internal possibilities. I don't think that I will find another employer that is as good as Essity.

      Cons

      You need do be able to cooporate to be a part of Essity. Which is ofc difficult for some people.

      I don't have any, but since this company manufactures a tangible product, economic decisions could affect your employment
