      Pros

      Good company culture and vibe overall.

      Cons

      Limited/much less than average vacation days at start when comparing to companies in the same scale in the States. The number of vacation days won't increase after 5 years in the company, then another 10 or 15 years.

      Thank you for your feedback! We feel our vacation policy is competitive with unlimited sick time, paid vacation and 12 paid holidays. This policy is consistently being reviewed to make sure our employees have the right work life balance. Your comments will be taken into consideration.
