6yThank you for your comments. Sometimes there is a fine line between having the data (CRM) needed to be successful and the ability to get in front of the customer. Some of our sales people have adopted a practice of meeting customers all week and setting aside some time (Friday afternoon for example) to update the CRM so it becomes a routine practice.
