      Pros

      You can make your own schedule. Base salary is good. Company car and full benefits. Great team to work with.

      Cons

      Goals are unable to reach. Meaning you will not get your commission. You have a target and then there is a max goal. Both are lead to commission and both are unlikely. The average rep doesn't make the goal. The numbers as to where you currently are are forever changing, creating no trust on what is reported.
