Pros

- Tons of great experience: there is PLENTY to do across a variety of tasks/roles in the marketing department, and you will work cross-functionally under pressure which helps with future employer situations - Solid benefits: good benefits package. More PTO and extension to family members than an average company of this size, but not always easy/comfortable to take that PTO

Cons

- Disorganized structure leads to overworking current employees and miscommunications. - Have seen many departures without hiring on new talent, creating considerably more work for those that stayed at the company without any financial reciprocity for increased efforts. Expect to work 50+ hours per week. - Micromanagement is prevalent in many areas, slowing processes and leading to misalignment. - Work/Life Balance is rather nonexistent, and there are mandatory return-to-office policies being enforced even after the entire company functioned well when fully remote.
