Pros

Pay is competitive. Benefits are pretty good. Bonus plan is available. New Hire process has improved over time. Hourly positions get extensive training in the onboarding process. People are friendly and nice. Sense of teamwork in several departments exist. No mandatory OT. Work-life balance is good. Good standard work processes exist at all levels. Fair amount of benchmarking and best practice sharing goes on. Possibilities for internal promotions are abundant for those who demonstrate the willingness to improve and want to learn more, even for those without a 4 year degree.

Cons

Swing shift can be difficult to work for hourly operators. Culture needs to improve as there is no consistency from one department to another. Corporate office in Philly is too controlling and not efficient. Lots of red tape in several different work processes makes it difficult to be successful consistently. Crazy amount of approvals to get simple processes completed. Every new hire for salaried level positions must train themselves. The company is way too woke and promotes ridiculous liberal political ideologies to it's employees who can't stand it.
