Pros

The company is trying very hard to make sure everyone feels appreciated and is heard. My team was originally DMHC and to see the sheer volume of changes, updates and attempts to improve the company as a whole has been awesome. I almost left the company in 2021 but I could see the promise and vision once the new CEO and COO came in, so I stuck with it and I have not been disappointed! Then Dr. King came in and I am extremely happy with the direction the company is going as my department is a combination of coders, auditors and clinical education specialists and trainers to make up the newer department of auditing and monitoring. The amount of flexibility we are given regarding the hybrid schedules and flexible start and stop times to work around doctors appointments, family, etc. I love working at Eventus and I am hoping I can continue to work here for a very long time.

Cons

The compensation seems low when it comes to Medical coding and auditing, especially for the sheer number of providers. But the company is open to feedback and if you bring research/data to support what you are asking for they will listen.

Pros

From the very beginning upper management has been so supportive. Everyday I look forward to driving into office and giving 110% because it's given right back to me. If I ever doubt something, my peers are always willing to double and triple check things for me. It feels like family just virtually most of the time. I am forever grateful for this opportunity.

Cons

A lot of my team is far away. I live in Raleigh and drive to the office in ChapHill so I don't really get the coworker experience and communication with peers can be difficult at times, especially when personalities don't mesh well in the online community....

Pros

Self scheduling, flexible, enjoyed meeting patients in senior living

Cons

Pay based on productivity, patient visits which are not always in your control. Patient may refuse the visit, be asleep, etc.
